How do you think Henry's introduction of Dinner to the family was confusing and hurtful for Fanny? Do you think Henry intended to make Fanny feel this way?
I think because Fanny was not thrilled with her dad because of Nellie so its hurtful to Fanny to remind her of Nellie. Her dad did it to let fanny be happy with him because he bought her a dog. I think eventually fanny will be happy with Dinner (I think she will change her name to Marie.) From Zoe
